My Favorite Photos of 2019

Every year I like to take a look back at the photos I’ve taken and make a selection of my favorite photos of the year.  They may not be my very best photos, but they are ones that personally resonate with me.  As with any creative pursuit, photography has ebbs and flows of creativity and quality, and overall, I felt I did a fairly mediocre job in 2019.  I got some very nice shots, for sure, but overall, I felt in a bit of a rut most of the year, taking similar shots to years past with not a lot of growth.  I also had a tremendous amount of work at my job this year, which limited some of my photographic opportunities. Still, there were plenty of good shots to be had.  Below is a selection from the year, in chronological order. Click any image to enlarge. Enjoy, and happy shooting in 2020!
